I know this video is old, and I watched this a few times back then, but why would the Republic assume that any Clone Trooper who is missing in action is automatically a deserter? Clones go missing all the time, though you probably meant that clones who reportedly deserted or otherwise betrayed the Republic were hunted down.

This is stupid. Disney continues to convolute the story to the point of unbelievability. Two questions… Why would Padme not tell Anakin about her attempt to free his mother the first time he had the dream about Shmi on Naboo? She already had feelings for him and was legitimately concerned with his mental health. Why would Padme not tell Anakin about her attempt to free Shmi AFTER Anakin lost Shmi on Tatooine? They were in love through the entirety of the Clone Wars and pregnant with child. None of this adds up. Putting the words “Disney” and “canon” in the same sentence is ridiculous.
